Does anyone have any plans for a automatic fish feeder? we are installing two 40' aquaponics tanks and want to put in automatic feeders to reduce the work load on our staff considering that there are only 3 of us to take care of a 48 foot long 25 foot wide hoop house containing these tanks plus the grounds around them. Any ideas are welcome and plans or pics of your current feeders. thanks in advance! |

Do you know what a deer feeder is? Basically a five gallon bucket with an automatic dispensing system that moves feed from the bucket to the fish tank. You can set the feed times and amount from a control panel. I may use one as my system comes together. |

There are plenty that can be purchased. Ebay is an easy place to look. Alternatively, if you want to make your own i own, BullwinkleII has made one. |

Look up badgers second system. We have automated feeders that are hooked up to an arduino board. Bit of DIY needed. |
