What are the dimensions of the grow bed... or are you saying the total volume of the grow bed is 0.8 cubic metres?

I'm thinking the volume is .8 of a cubic metre.

If a BYAB is 0.6 cubic metre and generally supports 25 fish upto 500grams each then this bed would support about 32 fish.

I would suggest starting with less than that and wait until your system is mature before loading it up to 30 plus fish.

This of course also depends on the size of your fish tank.
