Hi, I am new to the forum. I am thinking about starting a small AP system, up here in Karratha WA, but would like to see one that is currently working. Does anyone have any contacts in Karratha? :thumbleft:

Hi Pilbara aquaponics :wave1:

your just down the road :headbang:

The systems work well up here , too well infact. If you invest your time to get it right, the return is great.

Hi Drew-drop,

I had a mate in Karratha running an AP system for a few years, but sadly he passed away a few months ago. Before he passed away I had passed on to him the contact details of another forum member that was starting out in Karratha (a decent sized IBC system from memory) and wanted some contacts up there to share info. I can't remember his name or find his info, but he got his system up and running and I think he was getting Barra bussed down from Broome, I think he discussed this with other forums members, possibly the guy with the big set-up in Onslow (can't remember his username either sorry), so they may recall his name or the thread.

How many years have you been in Karratha?

Cheers.

I found a diagram on my puter that I drew for him, it was titled "Burkies system"... so maybe search the usernames and send him a PM.

I did find "Burkies" profile on here, but it says he has zero posts. It turns out I was talking with him over on Murrays forum, but he hasn't been active over there for quite a while either... He may not even be in Karratha anymore?.... :dontknow:... you know what Karratha is like for people coming and going.

PM me if you want the link for his system thread.

Cheers.

Hey Drew, myself and a mate are just starting an IBC setup each here in Karratha. How far along are you with yours?
