What a great day. We've just had the visit by the delegation of people from the pacific nations at the shop here and it was a fantastic experience. Eleven people from a variety of countries and backgrounds, Samoa, Nauru, Tuvalu, Vanuatu, Solomon Island, Tonga, Papua New Guinea, New Zealand, and a representative of the Australian trade commission.

They spent over 2 hours here looking over all the system, and judging from the comments they left behind in the visitors book they enjoyed themselves almost as much as we did.

Yes, there were some very excited people and they all left with a BYAP show bag pack which had all of the magazines, a DVD, and some other bits and pieces, one guy wanted to buy a BYAP shirt, so we handed a couple out. Then we decided as they were leaving that they should all have a BYAP cap, so as they were getting in the cars Faye raced out with the hats. Such a shame we didn't get a picture of the two vehicles driving off with them all beaming smiles, waving out the windows with BYAP caps on.

A very down to earth bunch of people that were genuinely interested in aquaponics and how it might transcribe to their circumstances in the own countries.
but no queenie 
i guess there is always next time
