Something is killing my plants, can you look at the photos and help. What can I use to deal with this problem? I HOPE THIS PHOTO SHOWS UP THIS TIME.

Leaf miner... Never known it to be a huge problem, and not really sure about treatment in an AP system, I'd remove affected leaves and destroy them.. |

That would be about 80% of the plant. |

The leaf miner doesn't generally kill the plant though. It may not look as nice.. Personally I would remove perhaps the few worst leaves, and just leave the rest.. What plants are they into? |

yeah...dont stress over leaf miners, cosmetic damage only and you would need a systemic spray to kill 'em as the name suggests, they're inside the leaf. |

You can also squish the miner in the leaf and kill it. Leaves the leaf on the plant. I have done this with young citrus and eucalyptus and worked ok - you just need to check back etc... |

What a coincidence, in my native Malay they are also called 'leaf miner'. Though I don't like the way they turn my leaves into a painting canvas, the patterns they leave are quite interesting. Good thing they don't kill my plants like the aphids do... |
