I wonder about that sort of thing.. You would want to have a well written up contract/agreement.

If he has the land and he wants someone to come and input money and time for a 50/50 split, sounds ok, but if things go sour he ends up with all the set up on his land and you have nothing.. Like I say, you would want a good agreement signed..
