The blueberries I put in my system a few weeks ago, running around pH6.2-6.4, are growing well with new shoots appearing and growing.

Tomatoes and capsicums are not hard, and produce plenty of fruit. Even my passionfruit is growing well now my fish are eating a lot. I add blood and bone when the fish are not eating much, which adds N, P and K, along with plenty of other elements.

My strawberries are producing heaps of fruit.

I have a friend who has 40 acres of blueberries. They like a very low PH 4.1-5.0. They may grow at a higher rate, but they won't thrive, at least they don't in soil(actually crushed pine bark).

A happy medium between fish & plants is best. A lot of folks say 7, but I try and keep mine around 6.5, my plants seem to do better and the fish(tilapia) don't seem to mind.

You can't keep different parts of your system at different pHs, since it's all one body of water circulating around. If you have the blueberries in soil just irrigated by the AP water that would be fine, you could add Sulphur to acidify the soil a bit.
