I got 3 new stock tanks pics coming soon two 40 gallon grow beds and one 75 gallon for the fish tank

this is for a new mexico system my mothers and eventually we will get tilapia for it but I have some ?s

how many tilapia tops could I have in this system?

What kind and size heater should I get for this system it gets pretty cold here at times but it will be out of the wind

I know I can do other fish in this system but I want to do tilapia cause they grow faster then the other fish I could have

how many goldfish and koi should I start with to get this system started?

And what size pump do you think I should get? The only system I have had is a 55 gallon barrel system

with a 75gallon ft and 80gal gb, i wouldn't go more than 10 to 15 fish to start.... 15 would be the upper limit for me... 10 if i was growing out bigger than a pound or so.. if you go more than that, you probably should add some other form of filtration
get a pump thats at least big enough to turn over the volume of your ft at least 2x an hour-extra flow can be diverted back into the ft with a spray bar to increase aeration

Stock your fish to the volume of filtration you have. Typically 3kg (harvest size) per 100 Litres of filtration (you will need to convert that).

If that works out at a number you consider too large for the size of your fish tank reduce it to what you are comfortable with but don't increase - for example: I have a 5000 litre fish tank but only 1500 litres of filtration. The fish tank could hold a few hundred fish, but I only have enough filtration for 75 (500grams each at harvest).
