I will keep this simple.

Step one: download this file: http://rapidshare.com/files/126342317/fvencoder.zip.html

Step Two: Install program, use trial, buy it, or... whatever

Step Three: Run program, Select Your video file, and write down the size of the video. click next

Step Four: Make the file as small as possible!!! Remember People have to download this! Set Audio to lower rate. Set to mono. Set the video size to something reasonable like 320 by 200! Set Bit Rate to 225. Set frame rate to in the range of 10-15. Set Key interval to 10. Please always be mindful of other people who do not have the band width to view large videos, make it small and short.

Step Five: Uncheck Generate HTML and thumbnail. Uncheck Auto Play. This prevents dial up user from wasting band width when they do not want to see the video. failing to do this may cause those users to be unable to open the page! click next

Step Six: Choose Video Player Skin Type, click next and video will be converted

Step Seven: Upload both the .swf file and the .flv file to your web host.

Step Nine: Insert you video into the forum using the .SWF file. Click the flash button. Enter the size of the video that you wrote down after the = sign. Then enter your url to the swf file between the flash tags.. It should look something like this:
{flash=200,300}http://MyURL.com/mySwfPlayer.swf{/flash}

Streaming live video.. I am still working on that..
