Hi, I am currently looking at the feasibility of building a commercial aquaponic system in Dubai. In order to calculate a realistic ROI I am trying to gather as much information about the output of aquaponic system. I would like to build an open source mathematical model to determine the ROI on investment based on system requirements and produce based on sq.m grow bed. At least that's the plan. I would appreciate any comments, personal experiences, studies, reports....on financial viability that you recommend. Is there any reports that you think is fairly reliable? would you mind sharing your output?... Location doesn't, just conditions... Thank you in advance |

I'll suggest hitting the research databases on this since college researchers are more likely to keep reliable numbers relating to output. Like anything else there is a lot of misinformation out there which will complicate your project  The University of the Virgin Islands Aquaponics program is a good place to start. |
