Hi all and thanks for the warm welcome, im building a small system which will only have a few fish. nutrients may be limited so im trying to find info/data on uptake of different types of veg and herbs or some feedback from people that have a small system as to what is realistic to grow ? cheers rick |

Lettuce is usually a good bet. You might need to supplement with something but it doesn't take many fish to run a system. I haven't seen tons of details online but some of the hydroponics books would probably breakdown the nutrients needed for the different plants better than anyone here could. |
