I have a lot of toms and need to use them. Saw Ryan's post the other day, and figured I'd give it a try. Turned out delicious! Going to try some pineapple/ham next time. Thanks for the idea Ryan!

If you like pineapple & ham, try Parmesan, pear & prosciutto. No sauce. Just those 3 ingredients!

What you did is a bit different but looks great!

Try this:
Use a Pie shell (like used for a dessert)and layer that up, then bake at 400 for 30min. My moms recipe but so good! Who knew pie shell would taste good with this stuff!

Thanks Ryan..try that later this week. I need to add some bacon to mine...everything better with bacon.lol
3 lb? I though I was doing good with my 1.3lb. not even close.
