Funny, I do everything in metric (I was born after metric was introduced in Aust), but I have always used feet and inches for height of people. I've noticed even the young grads at work do the same.

Don't even get me started... I grew up speaking four languages mixing American at home and metric everywhere else. I still do my multiplication in Dutch.
