I have a 12m x 4m green house. 10 grow beds about 2m x 1m. A 2,500 ltr aquaculture fish tank as well as a 1,000 ltr tank. 1 large air pump. As well as all plumbing. Besser blocks and wood slats as stands. Also galv pipe and fittings. You can see my system here.
The lot $6,000

If I was to sell it. I would be asking $5,000 for the lot. Buyer to dismantle. (with some help)

Sorry all I have quoted $6000 and $5000 in the original post. It is $6000 for the lot. That is what happens when you cut and past from an old post in a hurry
