I'm leaving Victoria, so the fish, tank, autopots etc all have to go. The plan was to learn how to breed Tandanus, so I have 5 Tandanus in a 2,500 liter water tank. Two of the Tandanus are sized around 200-250mm (about big enough to breed) and the other three are in the 100-200mm range. Sadly, I won't get to finish this. Sorry to hear you cannot continue your efforts to breed Tandanus here in Vic. I am interested in the Tandanus only - not enough room for tanks etc. I have 46 Silver Perch and 1 Tandanus (had 2 but lost 1) - in 1000 litre Tank (and about 5 adult Yabbies and approx 100 baby Yabbies in a 250 litre Fingerling Tank). I am in Mitcham - let me know. Regards - ColinW |

Beware Colin, that these are mature fish, and more susceptible to the problems of a new system, as they require more food and more oxygen... ie, they're easier to kill if you're new at this. What kind of tank is it aeldric? Do you have a photo? |
