hey all,

to those in perth i just located what i would consider rather cheap containers that may be suitable for growbeds. i don't know if the plastic is foodgrade though so not sure if they're suitable for ap.

any how i just wanted to give people the heads up in case there's any interest. i have been looking for containers a long while and these seem the cheapest.

they're $10 each and hold 60L. size is 65x45x25cm.

cheap bath tubs are hard to come by now days.

Firstly you want to know what type of plastic it is and secondly if the plastic has been recycled. By the looks of the tub and the price I;d say it recycled which is not good because it will leach nasties into the water.

hate to kill the dream but petty sure they are not food grade, sorry.

Also you might save on the cost of the tubs but depending on how you plumb them you might end up about the same as if you had gotten a bigger bed, but hey you might not too.
