THe Solar pannel keeps the 12v HD battery charged.
The black box to the left of the battery is the regulator charging the battery.
The white box on the right of the battery switches the power over to battery when the mains goes off.
The 12v power from the battery is connected to a bilge pump, same as the one in the pic, it has a spray par attached and sprays the water causing aeration.
