Unfortunately milk crates remain the property of the Dairy who had them made and if you are found to have some in your possession you could be charged.
That said, I don't know of any tradesman who doesn't have a couple on the back of his ute, filled with all sorts of tools.
I have seen a lot of them around the back doors of Deli's and other grocery stores.

B do carry some similar sized plastic boxes, although the ones I saw were rather flimsy, but I don't know the price.

Problem is, tradies with a couple in the boot are overlooked. bf with over 100 would not be :-) hmmm I'll ask around the plastics trade next month and see if they know anybody who's making them atm. As for second hand, best bet is ask a milk distributor (they call themselves a dairy but all they do is process and package)

Lego blocks for big kids.
See if you have a tip shop near you Bio but as Tony said they do belong to the 'dairy'.

Btw if you find a large amount would be nice to know :)

yes, they belong to the dairy, but try getting a milk truck driver to take them back :?

He might take them back if you left that cider in them ;-)
