Thanks for all that about the feed.

Perhaps seeing that the SP are not feeding as much as they were during summer, the higher protein may not be so bad. The ease of getting barra or trout feed for the numbers I have out weigh the extra cost.

Interesting that the Silvers are feeding less, but I suppose it is the difference between high 20 degrees to low 20 degrees. Temperature overnight (no pumping) fluctuates between 18 and 20 and gets to 25 on the sunniest days.
