Here's an interesting one, fully enclosed fish room with tanks/piping etc built in, looks like it's insulated as well. All you need to do is add the growbeds. In Victoria, $1500 start, no bids, 12 hours to go. Might be able to make him an offer at the end.

I have been out and checked its been a full blown aquaculture set up
Its whats left after famly members fight
the tanks have various holes in them that would need fixing theres lots of filters large pipes 6 in valves and dozens of bits of pipe
All of the filters arent much use to aquaponics
Pumps are mostley 3 in pipes [hate to pay the power bill]
its worth a loook you may get a cheap tank
the 2 ,7000 litre ones are gone

Yeah, looks like someone bought a property and there were lots of "bits" there, they figure, perhaps you could make an AP system from it all...
