G'Day Gang,

Just bought 2 of these. They have 20 on/off per day cycles so I think that would be ok for AP.

As a long shot!! (maybe even dreaming  ) http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll ... :MEBIDX:IT

How would this corrugates tank go cut in two? Top would a 1250L GB, bottom as a 3000L FT. (it says 1000gal or 4500L but isn't 1000gal = 3785L, and the dimensions given actually make it 4125L :dontknow: )

Has some "pin holes" in it according to the listing.

Would have to line it anyway, so the above volumes would need a 3m by 3m liner and a 4m by 4m.

Thinking this EPDM http://www.rockaroundtheblock.com.au/pr ... 41&cID=132
for the GB (for its durability) at about $180 plus delivery!

Then for the FT the same plastic OBO used in his big tank. Think it was a type of builders plastic? Otherwise the same in EPDM http://www.rockaroundtheblock.com.au/pr ... 42&cID=132
4m by 4m is about $360. Doesn't have to be as durable hence the builder plastics, plus I'm a tight ass  . Could back it with carpet?

Any thoughts?

I have been told by the people that sold me my liners that liners for round tanks need to be made. Rectangular tanks, ponds etc don't need to be but something about the shape of round tanks and the fittings means that they need to be specially made. Don't know if it is true or not. If it is not then I'll line the tanks that I have. Havn't had the money for the made up liners so I hope it is not true.

Buy quality buy ONCE ,, buy crud buy thrice:)

Second hand / damaged poly tanks are a better cheap option in my opinion.

If you never play with fire you will never know how to position yourself the recieve that "warm afterglow" :)

Realy it AIN'T my fault those Americano's CAIN'T speak proper English.

F&F 's spelling is just fine , example ,, I can understand Corrianda , Coriander , coliander BUT cannot understand when it is spelled " Cilantro"
