Yes and no, Our Salvage guy was only going on info he had, and seller thought they were ok, as were good when he got them, so he said, but I am sorta with you Bio, i think he was full of crap and a *sigh* oh wan%#er is a banned word, but could be wrong

i find it hard to believe the seller didn't know about the damage. i'm glad you didn't put any money down for them. i may be being harsh but i have seen this sort of thing a lot recently. on the other hand it may have been a simple mistake.
