Yep!... Unless you are a very patient person I would steer clear of Black Bream.

A 30cm wild Black Bream can be up to 20 years old. The growth rate for wild Black Bream in WA varies from estuary to estuary, but the average time just to get to 20cm, which is still short of what would be regarded plate size, is around 3-4 years... That's if you can even get them to that size, they are very skittish, stress very easily, and are prone to disease when grown in tanks.

Integraflow in Clarkson generally have black bream now. Greatly underated WA native. Keep them fed.
