When you say filtration What do you Mean filtration...

filtration to me means..
- solids Removal..
- conversion of ammonia/nitrites to nitrates..
- Removal of nitrates in some form..

For me if I was setting up extra Filtration I would cycle like this..

Fish pond/tank >> Settlement chamber[Can be ignored] >> Grow beds >> flows to a Sump >> Pumped to one combination of either
1 Sand and gravel filter >> Moving media Back to pond..
OR
2 Trickle Tower Back to the pond..

I'm trying to work out what you call 3000lt of filtration.. How does it get cleaned..?

I mean 3000 litres in the Aquaponics sense. 3000 litres of growbed. You don't need solids removal.

K1 isn't used for solids removal anyway.
