Lettuce was about ready to harvest then, came out the next day and aphids had literally infested the more mature lettuce. I counted nearly 28 on one plant alone. They hadn'y gone for the less mature lettuce only te big boys. I read many of the posts here about control but spraying may not be an option as we are inside. It is in a garage so it is semi exposed to the elements. I suppose I wouldn't mind introducing lady bugs, but will that work? I took out the plants infected and had to throw them away till I come up with something to save the young ones who are quickly maturing. Any ideas? |

If you can get lady bugs, thats the way to go. Chuck Aphids into the search up the top right, there is a whole heap of info.... http://backyardaquaponics.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=5711&hilit=aphids |
