i bought a pump today but when i was driving home i saw on the box that it had an oil bath for the bearings. So i took it back for a refund. What is the problem with the oil bath as i heard on a thread here to avoid them? I would like to try the ebara optima but cant find a supplier in rocky. I know eb and jaimie have them and have given them the thumbs up. Any ideas where i can get one? peace and subwoofers pete |

I work on pumps, and any seal will leak some oil out eventually |

It may take a long time, but eventually the seal will wear out and start leaking oil.
