Depends. If you just want solids seperated out then nothing but gravity settler. The growbed acts as the bio filter. You can use a bio reactor filled with bio balls if you need to increase bio filtration if your doing something like a raft system. From my understanding though a raft system doesnt need it. I just seperate out solids for personal preferences. I don't remove the solids, i just collect them. Sent from my SM-N970U using Tapatalk |
