Being a newby, I must just say...Wow how refreshing it is to have so many people wanting to share knowlege, time and energy on what must be the most inportant time in mother earths existance. Garderning Oz got me hooked years ago.I sooo am glad. I have a concept in mind as most do, that is to create the homes/suburb of the future. using the solarpassive design principles and certainly to use aquaponics to provide in and outdoor aesthetics, cooling and food production amongst other things. I have just bought my self a big external HD to store information from you crew, anything that you feel may be of help that has not been posted already, will be greatfully recieved. My own experence without help is to grow lettuce on my trout pond during the cooler months, I will post some pics one day. |

Creative 1, Welcome, good to see others into passivesolar etc. I noticed the other day in our paper here in Adelaide, that Land Corp in WA is calling for submissions for interested people in this area to share ideas and get involved in a project at Armidale. Sounds very interesting. It's definately gonna become more impoortant and predominant in the near future I reckon. |

monya, Noticed the story, also another about water wise awards and was thinking of putting forward Joel. So much is going on now though still a huge gap between architechs developers and builders. Got to get them together at the design stage. I have been working with concrete for more than twenty years, mostly repairing it from water damage etc. Building my own home of tilt panels and insitu pours. Will be including several ponds(many). Work seems to be missing out on my attendance, its ok I am the boss. |

Sounds great. Would be interested to see pics, chuck em in the album if you can, that would be really interesting. I know it's got noting to do with aqua, but there you go... |

People also have personal albums. Aquaponics related stuff is best in the public album so it can be found easily by members. I'm sure theres nothing wrong with putting off topic photos in your personal albums |
