Hey guys, During summer, I grew lot of herbs with a really nice test, but now, it's autumn in France and I grow Chinese mustards, bok choi, lettuce etc. But I don't understand why is there a water sludge taste when I eat my Swiss chard, or my fennel. I don't know what parameters I have to focus on... Aquaponics is really good taste-like usually but now I'm a bit worried about my system.. I grow in 3 IBC tanks with clay. Any idea?
