The water I use has a pH or 7ish and a KH of 60. My fish tank is testing at 8 and 45 and my fish barely want to eat. Any thoughts?

The 60, is that degrees of hardness or ppm?

Check the water temperature and post it up. Might be too cool if this is an outdoor system.
