Hello everyone,

Maybe this question is not at all connected with aquaponics but definitely with aquarium. I have got a problem with my 72l tank. I bought a plant in local shop which brought to my aquarium snails. There are tones of them propagating from day to day. I changed the ground, cleaned the whole aquarium but it didn't work. Are there any fishes or preparations that can help me to get rid of them?

I don't know what fish you have there but if you can get redfin perch or trout I am sure they would take care of them for you .You would need some decent size ones to eat them .I have frogs in my system and I haven't seen a snail since I got them .

Location: Lakeland, Fl
Look up the Assassin Snail. Maybe your local pet shop has some or can to order some. You will only need a couple to do the job.
