I have never had such a problem with algae as I have now. Sump tank,150 gal, fish tank 330gal and my 200 gal swirl tank. Water changes, all, flush beds, 12 1/2 barrels for beds and within a few days, it all green again. Any ideas? Lynn Central California Coast |

Make some shade where the water is exposed to light. |

Shade your tank and get a UV clarifier going! Your fish should help control surface algae and the UV clarifier will get rid of suspended algae. I'd take it offline after the algae clears (should take less than a week). |
