EB, do you have grow bed medium in the pipes, or just water flowing through? Watching the vid I thought, portable my butt, I'm not lifting that grow bed! I guess ya ment the pipes? Must be very comfortable just sitting around your system and listening to the water flow. |

Ahhh thats the trick though John, the growbed is filled with expanded clay, and it's set up so that there's a thick piece of plywood under the bed, two pieces of angle iron can be slid under the plywood with a person either side it's an easy lift.. And no, theres no gravel in the pipes AA, the pipes haven't been very good, some plants grow beter then others but the plants can't be left in there for too long or the roots begin to obstruct the flow.. I'll take a pic and post it soon. |

Had same problems thought you may have had better luck. I don't like aqua pipes but could have been just me. |

Na, I didn't like them much... There was only two plants that I found grew ok, and for me it's just a little too much effort compared with the gravel beds. |
