Hello all,

I am hoping that some of you on this forum can help me find any necessary information in regards to the legal aspect of aquaponics production, both private and commercial.

I am having quite a difficult time and it is beginning to become more than frustrating.

This information is more in regards to fauna such as the aquacultured fish and possibly macrobrachium, eels, freshwater clams, etc.

Hopefully someone here can lend a helping hand.

Thanks.

p.s. I live in Pennsylvania, U.S.

I sent you a link in a PM, but here it is for our other PA folk.

http://www.pacode.com/secure/data/007/007toc.html

All of the PA code is here, but this particular section seemed relevant. Shop around. Selling fresh veggies is way different than prepared meat.

Thanks for that JP, I had been wondering what the safety standards for bungee jumping were in this state.
