Post subject:  Brisbane and Environs Aquaponics meet
I was planning this Brisbane Aquaponics meet to be around Xmas so we can BBQ some actual "Home Grown" fish and Tomatoes etc.

Maybe we will have to have a warm up one sooner and cheat a little and have some "bought" fish and salad.

First things first,
How many Brisbane and environs persons are there on the Forum

Could you all send me an personal email so I can compile a list.

I am thinking we should get together sooner than Xmas perhaps, maybe even form a "Qld Aquaponics Hobby Group" or similar.

I am sure we could all help each other a lot .

Ideas ??????

If so was it you picked up a Kiwi comedian with guitar hitching from Nambucca Heads to Brisbane and you took me to Foster? Must be 7-8 years back?

Yes my real photo now about 5 years old (the photo that is) but real , no not me that picked you up.
Next time you are at Nambucca or closer, give me a call and we will talk Aquaponics

....the only Kiwi I know is my son-in-law....sad case really...he believes in Rugby.

I'd love to taste test other ppl's homegrown product, and se their systems up close... but alas I know noone yet in this area who is aquaponic mad...

Are there ANY Aqua Kiwis??

I loved Brisbane, beautiful city. Want to go Melbourne sometime though just to check the comedy scene. I don't perform now (but may come out of retirement one day, God help us all) but I promote a couple of mates when I have time (some* artists are hopeless)

And rugby fans even worse. :clown:
