Looking at the picture that seems a very small growbed LOL

It is backyard aquaculture. No aquaponics there. Rupert - I think you are looking at the solids filter.

Hi LKB,

Yeah, they're exactly the same as mine but they have red oxide in the concrete mix. I'd say they were made by the same outfit.

Maybe... seems that RMIT must be offering dedicated Aquaponics degrees....

Still when you look at the other areas they're involve in and the personel involved, it looks like there hearts are maybe in the right place...

Mind you I have the feeling that there's two distinct cultures and outlooks within their organization... and I'd be betting that they can't/wont co-exist for that long.... well maybe just long enough for the more capitalist element to bleed what they can out of the organization LOL

What I should have said is:

It annoys me greatly when people give different stories to different people about a product or service. What is the truth? Is it all spin? And if the product is still in "refinement" phase, why is it even available?

Sorry, grumpy today, shouldn't be venting here, just when people aren't straight with the facts, and have to start chasing their tails, it gives it all a sour taste IMHO

That is a disgrace. They want people to fund their research so they can then sell it on to others solely for their own benefit.
