Doug, I have started a DWC system (although it will have a F&D autosyphon gravel bed as well) which Jaymie has linked to already. I got most/all of my info from this tread and some other posts by AA. I have the tank and UGF, but not the tubs setup. I am going to Adelaide on Monday and hope to get some extra tools I need to finish building.

The DWC troughs you are talking about sound interesting, I may have to try and incorporate one into my bigger system when I re-build it.

Was it you who posted the pic of the plastic pegboard? That looks ideal to build a UGF from.
