Thanks... I've been meaning to post more about it but haven't gotten there yet. I only have a smartphone to take pictures with, and I don't always have it out and handy when working on things, so I'm lacking pictures of some parts of my projects.

So, I stapled the liner around the perimeter and there were no leaks overnight so I think I will pump the water out and add the bulkhead fitting. Then, I need to buy the lava rock and get that into the bed... It might be saturday before I am able to do that.


Next:
Does anyone have suggestions on running plumbing between two tanks separated by a walkway? I'm thinking that I'll have to drop pipe down to the ground, run over, and then run it back up the other side, and cover the pipe with a little wooden platform with a ramp on each side. The floor is concrete so I can't dig down or anything.

The corners will look abit funny unless you cut them but once it's full of media it will be fine you won't see the corners under media an the water will still rise equally ect.

Cathode, nice looking Framework on the GB. I may have missed it, are you doing a raft system?

I'd love to take a look at your CAD drawings for a solution to the walkway problem.

How complex is your filtration system? Also multiple bed connections?
