Problem with that is... NO Sun NO Pumping... Even a small battery will keep it going while the sun goes behind the clouds... But not at night.

Tim C, We use linear current boosters on our pumps, but we are pumping to fill rainwater tanks, and they act as "transmissions", boosting current to get the pump to turn over in very low light. Would a period of 48 hours of low light and low water flow be detrimental to the plants/fish?

njh, where can i find info about aeldrecs system?
