Quick newbie question.

Having read a fair bit of the forum, I'm keen to get a new system started but dont have power outside yet - system will probably be small to start with using 4x 90 litre tanks (2 x GB, 1 FT & 1 sump). Is it feasible to move the water from the sump to GBs manually (say 2-3 times a day) or would it harm the fish?

When I was a kid I remember having goldfish & they seemed pretty hardy...

Anyone done this or should I just learn some patience?!

NW
