i'll try an explain what i did...

i took a 10 gallon fish tank
4 ft section of old gutter
made a T section of pipe with holes in it the entire length
that goes inside the gutter and is plumbed in through the center of the gutter's side wall and goes down into a submersible pump in the tank

drilled a hole in the bottom of the gutter and put a pvc pipe in it
then i took a juice container from starbucks and cut it up so i had the top inch and a half to two inches and i made ports around the bottom of it

it sets over the pipe going through the gutter floor

on the cap of the juice container i drilled a small hole offset to one side and put a small diameter air tube that sits on the outside of the inner pipe and up off the floor of the gutter quarter of an inch

it drains every time and works great!

i seen one guy on here cant remmember his name but he was trying to perfect shallow small GB auto siphon systems.. i'll try and get you some pic's but its workin perfect. and it barley took any pvc parts to make it.

and start the cycling while im at work.

i cant wait to add the rock so i can see how long the flood takes and how long the drain takes.
