Ok, I got a shipping quote on that large tray. The shipping cost is $125 (same shipping price for two). They told me that the trays are almost 1/4 inch thick and would not break if hit with a hammer and it would be no problem to fill with gravel and water!

So that comes out to 1.09 a gallon shipped. Not a great deal when compared to tanks. But cheaper than stock tanks; and the correct depth too.

I can get old costic plastic barrels for $8 ea, but...
