HI,

I have a 7000l tank with a hi-flow pump. I am trying to set up a 3 way Jandy valve with an Astrapool Valve actuator, an Ironcore 24v Transformer and a Muli-timer - to creat a ebb and flow system without turning off the pump.

Problem is that to turn the other way the actuator has a polarising switch - so all good turning one way but then it has to be flipped to turn it the other.

Anyone have experience with something like this? Am I just using the wrong Actuator, do I need to bypass the polarising switch somehow?

I'm not sure about this but you might want to PM TCLynx and see if she knows anything about this. For awhile there she was selling actuators (indexing valves in this case) designed to switch flow between grow beds. She has a website of her own and you might find something along these lines posted there - http://www.aquaponiclynx.com/
