Loved the article. I've been reading about Will Allen for more than a year. He seems like a tireless advocate for urban farming.

Was at the site the other day,

nice existing greenhouse, should provide lots of veggies with their tier system

Not up and running yet

but the greenhouse is playing foster home to some other local tomato and veggie grower programs (soil)
so the "no wasted space" is going on, even during the grant writing and construction,

the AP guy wasn't around so I missed out finding out all the real juicy details

but good to see some progress and lend a hand in their volunteer day.

Will keep posted.

Oh and its not a part of Growing Power, it's just based off their system.

Thanks for the update Tankin, great to see one of these projects going ahead, I hear of a lot of projects in the planning stage but not many make it to fruition.
