I'm using perlite medium , for my growbed most probably this came from China, the problem is it has pores and gets very dirty the slime sticks with it and it allows mosquito to breed. i need hydroton where can I buy them, I'm from Malaysia.

Not sure where you can get "Hydroton" in Malaysia... other brand name is "Canna Clay"...
There's also a generic "Chinese" brand.....
Commonly referred to as LECA... lightweight expanded clay aggregate... if that helps...
As to Perlite.... general consensus on the forum is, unless mixed with Vermiculite and used either as a seedling raising mix.. or in a wicking bed....
Is that it's just a real pain in the rear end and best avoided...
Another media for you to consider might be crushed metal... sized about 20mm...
