Hi darrel check out my system from page 85 on i tried all those cooling ideas with limited success [well virtually none ] just go with the flow and get fish that suits your temp in your area

Page one shows BLACK heat absorbing tanks/ grow beds mounted on a raised area supported by BLACK heat absorbibng tyres ,, not a good start ....., but I still have 140 odd pages to go:)

Earth rammed tyres would provide significant thermal stability, a coat of acrylic to stop uv degradation. However some people/gov't departments do not like them.
Only cost effective methods to cool are evaporative (if you have the water) or radiation, both requiring relatively low humidity.
