with 20 cycles it may work for ya.

I personally don't really like programing timers like that since for timer operation it would be so much easier if you could just set it to do a set period of time on then a set period of time off and just repeat (yea, a cycle timer but they are usually kinda costly.) Anyway, for any pump system that I run on a timer, I personally kinda prefer the ones with the little switches that allow 15 minute increments, then I can alternate them or do an increment on then two or three off, whatever. Then again, if your pump fills your grow beds in 2 minutes then I suppose a 15 minute or 1/2 hour increment is a little longer than needed. Perhaps this is why I run auto-siphons.

I bought one at Lowe's with 28 on/off events. That turned out to be 14 "on" events and 14 "off" events.
Not enough for my purposes. I'm still looking for a timer that will turn the pump on every hour, then off 10-15 minutes later.

I am currently using the Intermatic unit from Lowes. 28 'events'. I set it for 15 min on every 2 hours and seems to be working fine. I have a 350 gal. FT with a 150 gal overflow tank which I use to pump to the GB's.
