The SLO (Solids Lifting Overflow).
I have used 90mm storm water pipe. It runs across the bottom of the tank and then up the side. I have used a uniseal to get through the wall of the tank.
A T piece has been installed to stop it from siphoning all the water out. The water level of the tank is determined by the height you penetrate the tank.
The 90mm pipe then continues along the fence line.
